How much does Car File Fleet cost?
£5 per vehicle per month, with a minimum of 5 vehicles (£25/month). There is one plan, billed monthly by card.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new fleet gets a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in the billing portal (Settings → Manage billing). The billing portal is also where you update your card and download invoices.
How do drivers use Car File Fleet?
Invite drivers and managers by email and give each person a role. Assign vehicles to drivers; drivers use the Car File app (mobile or web) to see the vehicles assigned to them.
Does Car File Fleet include GPS tracking or telematics?
No. Car File Fleet does not use GPS trackers, telematics or fuel cards. It keeps your vehicles' DVLA and MOT data, MOT, tax and insurance dates, drivers, and fuel and repair costs in one place.
