Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your CarFile subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full Premium access. No credit card required. If you then subscribe and CarFile doesn't meet your needs, we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, our Personal plan is £7/month or £69/year (saving £15 annually).
Are the prices inclusive of tax?
All prices are in GBP (£). CarFile Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT will be charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need. After that, it's securely deleted from our servers in compliance with GDPR.
Do fleet plans include onboarding support?
Yes, all fleet plans include dedicated onboarding support to help you set up your vehicles, configure user roles, and train your team. The setup fee covers this comprehensive onboarding.
